This old house is located in the heart of the beautiful historic centre of Sant’Elpidio Morico, a small medioeval hamlet in the council of Monsampietro Morico, in the province of Fermo. The house is built on the old castle wall and comes with a small private garden. It is set out on three levels and is built with the typical materials such as stones, bricks, wooden beams.
