In the historical memories of Monteleone di Fermo, the large area just below the castle, now an ancient village, overlooking the Ete river valley centuries ago in medieval times was called the Commandery of Santa Lucia and right next to this farmhouse stood the church of San Giovanni.
The church along with other structures were owned by the Knights Templar. It is possible that the farmhouse was part of the property since judging from the structure of the oldest part, it must have appeared like a fortified tower house. Of all this, what remains today is a building with the characteristic appearance of a Marche farmhouse in a splendid panoramic position.

The property can be reached via the municipal road which from the center heads towards the Ete river valley in Valle Corvone, in less than five minutes.
The farmhouse is immersed in the uncontaminated agricultural landscape with a 360 degree open view of the hills, the villages perched on the ridges, the fields which in summer are filled with sunflower flowers and other crops typical of these places in a kaleidoscope of colors and lights which change with each season.

The building has been renovated in large part but not all of its wall structure, the restoration did not affect the oldest part and part of the ground floor which could however be renovated and accommodate additional living spaces. No particular reason other than the need of the current owners who preferred to renovate only one part and use it as an occasional residence in the summer.

Currently there are the beautiful old stables to be renovated on the ground floor, and on the same floor a kitchen with fireplace and dining area, on the first floor a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom, a small hallway and on the mezzanine floor the master bedroom with internal bathroom. The surface area of the already habitable area is approximately 150 m2.

The house is equipped with primary services such as electricity, connection to the local aqueduct, hot water is produced with an electric boiler.

Next to the main building an annex to be renovated as a garage or workshop or additional living space.

In the courtyard of approximately 3000 m2. ample space to build a swimming pool if desired.
