The project involves the renovation of a house on three levels (289 gross m2) with pergola space, annex and 4 x 8 swimming pool.

By choosing to purchase the property under construction (turnkey delivery is expected approximately 5 months after purchase), the house can be customized in the choice of materials, colors and finishes. You will thus have the opportunity to create a tailor-made house avoiding all the lengthy and troubled process that precedes the construction of a building site and the planning and bureaucratic phase as well as unforeseen construction costs and additional costs. The project involves the construction of a house on three floors with an annex and a swimming pool as best shown in the attached drawings.
