Set in the splendid countryside of Loro Piceno, a well known small town with medieval origins in the Macerata region, also close to the Sibillini Mountain National Park and a few kilometres from Macerata, is a semi-restored farmhouse with land (16.205 sq.m).
The house is in a panoramic position with open views of the surrounding hills and the underlying valleys. Close by is the wonderful historic centre of Loro Piceno.
The house,demolished and rebuilt with anti-seismic criteria, built in stone and brick, is over three floors. The habitable space is 180 sq.m.
Some renovation work has already been carried out including structural strengthening of load-bearing walls and roof, together with thermal insulation. Both electricity and water are present.
