This completely restored aristocratic palazzetto is located in the historic centre of Massa Fermana, a medieval village in the province of Fermo, in the hilly area midway between the Sibillini Mountains and the Adriatic Coast. The building is set out on 4 floors, with main access from the street where the town hall and square are.
On the access floor: large access/living room with beautiful internal staircase, dining room, a further smaller living area, kitchen, bathroom.
On the upper floor: four bedrooms and a bathroom. This floor is surrounded by very panoramic balconies overlooking the town centre and the striking countryside from the coast until the Sibillini Mountains.
