This parish house with small garden is set in the heart of the beautiful medioeval town of Montelparo, a Lombard town in the province of Fermo.
The house is next to the church Santa Maria Novella, it is built on two floors, very likely on the ruins of an older buildings. It has been used for a long time as the parish priest’s house and partly as sacristy of the church (the sacresty area will be subdivided from the rest of the house so that it belongs to the church area).
The house is built on two floors for a total floor area of about 130 sq.m. and is South-facing. It was repaired in the 1950s and underneath the plaster are the typical stone walls of the historic centre. Ground floor: large access room, living room, kitchen, bedroom. First floor: three bedrooms, bathroom and panoramic loggia with a nice view over the rolling hills and the Sibillini Mountains.
The building is in very good condition, it only needs some upgrading of piping, electrics, heating system, etc. + overall cosmetic works and smartening up.
The funds obtained from the sale will be used to carry out some works in the parish of Santa Maria Novella.
