The property was purchased by the current owners in 1992. Completely demolished and then completely rebuilt in compliance with the typical typology of rural buildings, therefore using original forms and materials, and in full compliance with the most recent urban planning and building laws. The main house, built and finished with high quality material, is equipped with basic services such as electricity and water and sanitation service, heating powered by LPG gas (two owned tanks with a capacity of 2500 liters) and condensing boiler, elements of heating with convectors, plus satellite wi-fi network, air conditioning, video intercom, volumetric alarm system.

The great attraction of this property are the garden and the park. They extend all around the farmhouse for 57,718 square meters. The forest is rich in native tree species such as oaks, holm oaks, walnuts, beeches, cherries and other Mediterranean species. It is not uncommon to be able to hear the voices of birds and wild animals, hares, pheasants, hoopoes, blackbirds and sometimes admire roe deer and the rare gray heron. In the area equipped as a garden, cypresses, shrubs and roses of all kinds, mulberry and olive trees. About fifty olive trees of different varieties allow the average annual production of 150/200 liters of excellent olive oil. In addition thirty fruit trees, cherry trees, apricots, peaches, plums, figs of different qualities, dates. All the elevations of the garden are covered with Mediterranean essences, oleanders, junipers, brooms, lavender, St. John’s wort, jasmine, rosemary, forsythie with a great variety of colors and scents.
The entire property is bordered partly by a fence, and partly by ditches and thorny essences that make access difficult if not impossible for unwelcome intrusions. The access road is equipped with a remote-controlled gate located about 200 meters from the house. All systems, including the electrical one, were placed underground so that no suspended cables and exposed pipes were visible. the garden equipped with an underground irrigation system powered by submersible pumps connected with two wells and a cistern where rainwater flows.
