The outdoor stone staircase leads you to this home’s upper floor, which is constituted by four bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. They all provide the best views of the Italian countryside, and you can also easily add an internal spiral staircase for extra comfort.
This floor could be employed as a unitary sleeping area, or you could rent out independent rooms. Each bedroom has its own access from the main hall and its own bathroom, and more beds can also be added if need be.

The Location
This gorgeous home is located on a quiet but well-kept street in the hills around the town of Gualdo, a medieval village in the province of Macerata, Marche. Here you can experience true countryside living and breathe clean, fresh air.
You can drive to the city center of Gualdo in about five minutes – here you will find all day-to-day services such as restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and cafes.
From here you can easily visit mountain villages such as San Ginesio (also known as the “Balcony of the Sibillini Mountains”), Sarnano and other towns in the Sibillini Mountains National Park. This area is great if you love walks in the mountains as there are numerous hiking routes all over. Other activities include skiing in the Bolognola ski resort or walks by the gorgeous Fiastra Lake.
