The villa is conceived as a classic farmhouse with modern elements on a turnkey reconstruction project.
The location: in the beautiful Marche countryside, not far from the Adriatic coast (about 15 minutes).
The villa is only five minutes from the village center and can be easily reached via a convenient municipal road.
The project involves the rebuilding of a traditional house in a more modern but at the same time elevated look on two floors with porch and 5 x 10 swimming pool.
By choosing to purchase the property under construction, the house can be customized in the choice of materials, colors and finishes. You will thus have the opportunity to create a tailor-made house avoiding all the lengthy and troubled process that precedes the construction of a building site and the planning and bureaucratic phase as well as unforeseen construction costs and additional costs. Plus you won’t have to worry about coordinating designers, technicians and labor.
The project involves the construction of an elegant home on two floors (285 gross sqm plus the 26 sqm porch) with a swimming pool as better highlighted in the attached drawings. On the ground floor a large porch that serves as a summer living room, whose size accommodates seating spaces and a dining table, the porch is open to the area with the most beautiful view. Inside there is a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen, dining area, a double bedroom/study depending on your needs, a bathroom with shower, a laundry bathroom, a pantry and a technical room. Large bright windows that open onto the garden, a space in front of the main entrance with a pergola roof.
On the first floor the sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms. And here the hosts are at the center of design attention. The area intended for them includes a splendid bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and freestanding bathtub, wardrobe room and panoramic loggia opening onto the panorama of the Sibillini Mountains. On this same floor a second bathroom with shower is shared by the other two large double bedrooms.

The building will maintain an external appearance perfectly compatible with the environment and its architectural appearance will be created in full respect of the local building tradition.
The walls will be in local stone alternating with painted plaster walls, the roof in traditional tiles. The interiors will be characterized by ceilings with wooden beams and others with linear floors, on the first floors wooden beams in various natural or shabby shades chosen by the client.
The appearance is as close as possible to the traditional Marche farmhouse with the addition of modern elements and obviously anti-seismic construction technologies and cutting-edge systems. Obviously the main building and the accessory will be rebuilt in full compliance with the most recent construction regulations. The systems, electrical, water, heating and cooling system, and sewage, will be of the latest generation and the highest energy class.
The construction of a 5 x 10 swimming pool is planned in the most panoramic position of the property with sunny exposure and breathtaking views.
