Set in the splendid countryside of San Ginesio, a well known small town with medieval origins in the Macerata region, also close to the Sibillini Mountain National Park and a few kilometres from Sarnano, is a semi-restored farmhouse with land (between 3,000 and 10.000 sq.m) and increase the habitable space.
The house is in a panoramic position with open views of the surrounding hills and the underlying valleys. Close by is the wonderful historic centre of San Ginesio.
The house, built in stone and brick, is over two floors and in addition there is the attic space, partially usable. The habitable space of the two floors is 200 sq.m. In addition the usable attic space is around 50 sq.m. and there is an annex to reconstruct of around 60 sq.m.
Some renovation work has already been carried out including structural strengthening of load-bearing walls and roof, together with thermal insulation. Both electricity and water are present.
