This house will be completely rebuilt on the basis of a pre-existing farmhouse. In one of the most beautiful locations in the Marche Region, the beautiful countryside surrounding Monte San Martino, with a magnificent open panorama of the countryside and the Sibillini Mountains.
The project involves the reconstruction of a two-storey house with porch, adjoining fenced garden (if desired) and 4 x 8 swimming pool.
By choosing to purchase the property under construction (turnkey delivery is expected in the first months of 2025), the home can be customized by choice of materials and finishes and internal partitions, thus you would have the opportunity to make a tailor-made home avoiding all the long and troubled process that precedes the implementation of a construction site and the planning and bureaucratic phase as well as construction site unforeseen events and additional costs. You also won’t have to worry about coordinating technicians and workers.
The project involves the construction of a two-storey dwelling, as better highlighted in the attached drawings. On the ground floor the living spaces consist of a large living room – dining room with fireplace, with an open kitchen and a bathroom, large bright windows opening onto the garden, a large porticoed space in front which acts as a summer living room; on the first floor the sleeping area with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a panoramic terrace.
The building will retain an externally friendly appearance with the environment. The walls will be covered in local stone, the roof in traditional tiles. The interiors will feature ceilings with wooden beams in natural or shabby colors or as you prefer. The appearance as close as possible to the traditional Marche farmhouse with the addition of modern features and obviously anti-seismic construction technologies and cutting-edge systems, including water systems
and sewage, electrical and latest generation heating and cooling systems.
