This house will be completely rebuilt on the basis of a pre-existing farmhouse. In one of the most beautiful locations in the Marche Region, the beautiful countryside surrounding Monte San Martino, with a magnificent open panorama of the countryside and the Sibillini Mountains.

The project involves the reconstruction of a two-storey house with porch, adjoining fenced garden (if desired) and 4 x 8 swimming pool.
