Typical old stone house completely renovated with panoramic terrace.

Renovated stone house on three levels just a few minutes from the center of Amandola, a medieval town in the province of Fermo, in the Sibillini Mountains Park, nestled in the heart of a characteristic small ancient hamlet.

The property is reached by following a well-maintained asphalted municipal road, it is one kilometer walkable and therefore less than five minutes by car from the town center, shops, services and the new hospital just built in the area.

From the property you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view of the magnificent scenery of the Sibillini Mountains that change color at different times of the day, from the pink of dawn to the golden of sunset.

The house is on three levels for a total usable surface area of 190 m2. In the basement there are cellars that currently serve as a warehouse, laundry room, woodshed. On the ground floor adjacent to the main building there is a space used by the current owners as a rustic dining room or multipurpose room, if necessary it could be used as a garage. The house located on the raised ground floor and first floor is accessed via a small staircase that leads to the beautiful living room with fireplace (volcano), from here to the dining room, the equipped kitchen and the bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the sleeping area which consists of two double bedrooms, a third room/study that can be transformed into a third bedroom if necessary and from here you can access the panoramic terrace created on the roof.

The house is currently a holiday home purchased by the current owners in 2006, renovated and always well maintained over the years. The ground floor room was renovated in 2007, the kitchen completed in 2013, in 2009 double glazing was inserted in the windows, and in 2017 the roof was renovated and properly insulated. In 2007 the Vulcano thermo-fireplace was installed which produces heat for the heating system in winter via radiators and hot water, the latter for the summer is produced with an electric water heater. It would be possible to connect the heating system to the LPG gas tank present in the hamlet. The house is connected to the sewerage system of the hamlet. Obviously connected to the municipal aqueduct and supplied with electricity. Easy to reinstall the wi.fi connection that was present until a few years ago.
