Ref. A2399 This old aristocratic palazzo is set in the historic centre of Petritoli, a quaint medieval village overlooking the vally of the river Aso, in the province of Fermo. The building, which has been recently restored to builder’s finish, is a rare example of eclectic architecture in Venetian Gothic style adapted on a Medieval building. This makes this property one of the most interesting and beautiful in the area. After having been abandoned for a longtime, Palazzo Vitali has been brought to its former glory: the property has been very skillfully restored and the structure, the decorations and the stuccos saved.
The building is set out on 5 levels. Two basements with the old cellars and storage rooms which have beautiful valuted ceilings. Ground floor: access area and access to the garden on the West side of the building. This floor was used as kitchens, accessory rooms, utility rooms etc. by the servants. The first and second floors were used as house and reception rooms. The loft has further rooms and access to the large terrace which enjoys breath-taking views of the counrtyside, the Sibillini Mountains and the Adriatic Coast.
