This totally restored independent house with its small private courtyard, is set the heart of the historic center of Amandola, in the row of the Gothic sector typical of the urban design of the old town first housing settlement.
The house is on four floors: in the basement a comfortable large room used as a cellar and laundry room with an ancient cave carved into the rock; on the ground floor from the small courtyard the main entrance open on to the living – dining room with kitchenette, on this floor a bathroom with shower, an internal staircase communicates with the upper floor where there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, on this floor it can be accessed independently through an entrance door located on the north side of the building (which would also allow a different division internal obtaining two small autonomous apartment), the attic with a dormer window is currently used as a studio but could host an additional bedroom.
